Mid South Baking Company shipped over 1.2 Billion buns last year.


Mid South works with all of its customers to determine the most efficient and effective method of bun distribution.  Not only do they maintain their own fleet of tractor/trailers which they use to deliver buns to over 1,400 locations, but they also partner with various food distribution organizations throughout the country to ensure that all products are delivered in adherence with food safety and quality standards.

 

 

 

 

We started over 25 years ago, with 50 McDonald’s restaurants in Oklahoma City.  And we’ve grown with them from one small bakery in Wichita Falls, Texas to three large bakeries.  From our three manufacturing facilities we service 3500 McDonald’s restaurants across the southern tier of the United States, stretching from Nevada and Idaho all the way through the Carolinas and to the ocean.
