Everywhere you look, you’ll see technology at work; computers, robotics and automation have replaced the manual efforts of the past. With scanners and other evaluation equipment, employees closely monitor and participate in the quality process. Feedback is available at every step in the process with information tracked and compared to the quality standards and specifications established by our customers.
All of Mid South’s bakeries are maintained at the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation. We utilize two highly considered third party organizations, BRC and AIB, to monitor and grade all of our facilities. We hold the highest levels of certification available through each of these organizations.
